• Only extended abstracts (1 page) or equivalent proposals of a similar length for practitioners, will be considered.
• Every participant must register for the conference, regardless of whether he or she presents or not
• Each participant must pay the participation fee. Students, and participants from countries listed as low- and lower-middle income by the World Bank, receive a discount.
• The participation fee covers costs of conference participation such as infrastructure, coffee breaks and lunches. Hotel, the conference dinner and transportation costs are not included.
• Payment of the conference fee must be made directly upon registration. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund registration fees. We regret that we cannot offer scholarships or bursaries to cover the cost of participation.
