Conditions
Payment of the conference fee must be made directly upon registration by bank transfer or credit card. Every participant must register for the conference, regardless of whether he or she presents or not. Please note that by submitting a paper the authors agree that at least one of them will attend the conference. Papers for which no author has registered and paid the participation fee by 15 February will not be included in the program even if they have been accepted by the scientific committee. The participation fee covers costs of conference participation such as infrastructure and meals. Hotel and transportation costs are not included. Attendance at the conference dinner costs an additional CHF 50.- per participant.
Cancellation
Registration fees are non-refundable. If a presenter is unable to attend and has already paid the registration fee, we will accept a substitute presenter. We regret that we cannot offer scholarships or bursaries to cover the cost of participation.
